Rogan Josh: Rogan means Oil and Josh means heat so it is a fiery meal made with lamb that is cooked in Oil over high heat and is then mixed with a Kashmiri spice combination.
Gushtaba Yakhni: Gushtaba Yakhni is a classic Kashmiri dish consisting of meatballs stewed in a sauce made from yoghurt. A dish for the kings, Gushtaba is meatball and yakhni is yoghurt, flavoured with savoury herbs, primarily mint.
